Tonight a giant group of 20-somethings went to go see Disney on Ice and it was so much fun! I initially thought I was going to know everyone in the group, but was so pleasantly surprised to discover that I had never met Rachel before.
Rachel currently works for Disney Theatrical as a teaching artist, but has been developing programs to teach culinary food science to children in underserved areas where they don't even get enough fruits or vegetables.
Originally from Southern California, Rachel went to UCLA with my friend Elizabeth and was her guest at Disney on Ice.
Not only did we get to spend some time at the show together, but also took the train home -- some good quality new friend time!
Since we were at Disney on Ice I had to ask... her favorite Disney movie is Mulan. The Mulan sequence in the show was by far the best of the evening, too!
